CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Evotone, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy:

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected events can arise, and we ask that you kindly notify us (via email, text message, or call) of your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting for our services. If you fail to provide us with the required notice, you will lose the treatment from your package if you have booked a package, or 100% of the treatment price if you have booked a single session. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly violate our cancellation policy.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Failure to reschedule your appointment with the required notice will result in the loss of the treatment from the package and a 100% loss of the treatment price if you have booked a single session. We make every effort to accommodate our clients and reschedule their appointments, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If you fail to reschedule your appointment with the required notice, you will lose the treatment from your package, and the full treatment price will be charged for a single session.

Late Arrivals

We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Being late more than 20 minutes will result in appointment cancellation and the loss of the treatment from the package. Arriving late may also affect the length of your treatment time. If you arrive late but within the 20 minutes of the scheduled time, we will try our best to accommodate you. However, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your treatment plan accordingly.

No-Show Policy

In the event that you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full price of the treatment. If you have booked a package and do not show up, the treatment will be deducted from your package. Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice may also result in us being unable to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for our services.

Refund Policy

We offer a 50% refund for consultations only. For other services we do not provide refunds. We make every effort to ensure that we can deliver the best possible service and results. We do not provide refunds because we commit our time, effort, and resources to each client and treatment, and we will not accept clients if we cannot deliver on our promises. In the rare case of any issues with our services, we encourage clients to discuss them with us so we can address them accordingly.

package expiration Policy

We kindly remind you that our packages are designed to be used within a six-month period from the date of purchase. After this time frame, any unused treatments will expire and will no longer be redeemable. We encourage all clients to schedule their appointments in a timely manner and to keep track of their package expiration date. Please note that no refunds will be issued for expired packages or unused treatments.  We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to work with you to reschedule any missed appointments within the validity period of your package. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific appointment times or guarantee that we will be able to accommodate rescheduling requests. We value your time and investment in our services, and we appreciate your cooperation and adherence to our package policy.
